    ClarioAI - Claims Management Tool

    Lamie is an insurance broker that handles claims, invoices and the associated invoice lines. Customers send this information to Lamie in various file formats. An employee must then manually enter this information into the internal system. The aim of this project is to develop a prototype that simplifies the creation of claims, invoices and invoice lines. This is achieved using image recognition and artificial intelligence. To this end, a web application has been developed which enables customers to submit forms via file upload. The necessary information is then extracted from these. The same applies to invoices, although in this case artificial intelligence also makes a prediction as to whether an invoice line will be accepted by the insurance company. The user can check this and edit or improve any content. The result is a web application that acts as a prototype. The software can convert claims and invoices from various sources into a uniform, structured format. The web application is currently not in productive use. Furthermore, there is no quantitative evidence of added value. However, there is potential for integration into the existing system.
